Subject of the design competition
The subject of the design competition is the development of a concept architectural design for the facility of the Medical post Tabor in Maribor, which will provide new outpatient facilities for the implementation of the health care activities. The submission of the competition will be in accordance with the situation at the time of submission. In the event that extraordinary measures are still in force 15 days before submission of the competition designs, the possibility of digital submission of the competition designs will be provided.

RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS PREMISE NT6 IN NOVO MESTO.

Open project competition with pre-selection (two-stage competition) for the selection of the most suitable solution and the creator of the project documentation for the RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS PREMISE NT6 IN NOVO MESTO.

The subject of the design competition
The subject of the competition is the architectural design of the multifunctional residential and business premise NT6 and the associated market, as well as obtaining a tender for the creation of project documentation for the building and the market. The subject of the competition is also town planning and traffic arrangements of the A1 area, which will serve the maker of the OPPN (municipal detailed spatial plan) as the basis for the preparation of the amended draft.

Deadline for submission of the competition design:
1st stage (pre-selection): Thursday, 23 April 2020 until 16:00. The competition design is submitted via the Wetransfer application to the following email address: natecaji@zaps.si
2nd stage: expected for Thursday, 4 June 2020 by 16:00, regardless of the mode of delivery (personal, delivery services, postal item). The competition designs are taken over by the Chamber of architecture and spatial planning of Slovenia (ZAPS), at the address Vegova 8, 1000 Ljubljana. If 15 days before the submission of the study (Wednesday, 20 May 2020) exceptional measures in connection with the Covid-19 epidemic will still be at place, the study is submitted via Wetransfer application to the following email address: natecaji@zaps.si The information will be published on the ZAPS website.

Kindergarden Bohinjska Bistrica

Open, one-stage design competition for selecting the most professionally appropriate solutions for KINDERGARTEN IN BOHINJSKA BISTRICA

Subject of the design competition Client the Municipality of Bohinj is planning to build a new independent kindergarten with 11 departments and all the necessary facilities and external arrangements, including access. The aim of the competition is that the municipality build a facility, which will provide adequate kindergarten spaces to solve the spatial problems in the existing kindergarten. The new kindergarten is intended to provide adequate space in size and purpose and facility at the relevant chosen location. The investor expects the placement of the facility at the planned location so that it will contribute to the regulation of the image of Bohinjska Bistrica, including the improvement of transport infrastructure in the area of the future kindergarten (driveway, access, parking, etc.). At the same time, the investor expects a facility with spaces that will be in accordance with the norms in size and other characteristics, while providing a stimulating and comfortable living environment for children and educators.

The subject of the design competition
The subject of the competition is the creation of a competition proposal for the construction of the new Europa Bled Hotel and the arrangement of the entire hotel area. Through the competition, the investor wants to obtain the most suitable solutions for the organization of the entire complex of the planned new hotel in Rečica, which will in the fullest extent possible observe the program and marketing concept of the hotel, taking into account the spatial planning guidelines, the institute for the protection of cultural heritage of Slovenia (ZVKDS) conditions, program and marketing concept.
